Ayurveda, a term that originated more than 3000 years ago, is a form of herbal science which aims to neutralize a person's life and ensure stability physically, mentally, and socially. The three doshas significant in an individual -

 

PITA - Fire energy which is linked to the control of digestion and the endocrine system is referred to as Pita energy. People with this type of energy are intelligent, fast-paced, and temperamental. Issues such as ulcers, inflammation, anger, heartburn, arthritis, and poor digestion occurred when Pita's energy is out of balance.

 

VATA - The energy associated with space and air. Vata is linked to breathing, blood circulation, and major body gestures and movements. This energy is the highest with people who are lively, joyous, creative, and positive. But once out of balance, it can result in issues such as joint pain, dry skin, anxiety, and constipation.

 

KAPHA - The amazing energy linked to earth and water. This energy is believed to control an individual's strength and growth. It is associated with the chest, torso, and back. These types are claimed to be solid and powerful in making, and normally calm in their nature. The imbalance of Kapha leads to - obesity, sinus, insecurity, gallbladder results, and more.

A herb known as Mulethi is proved to have the potential to fight against the virus-causing antigens. According to the National Brain Research Centre, Manesar - this ingredient can lower the impact and strength of the disease. 

“Given its safety profile and tolerability, it might constitute a viable therapeutic option in patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection", says the scientists of NBRC. 

The reason behind this is, Mulethi is widely known as a medicinal herb that treats chronic fevers, respiratory inflammation, and lung ailments. Along with this, it is also used in the treatment of chronic hepatitis.
