Get rid of the things that you haven't used for years give away all those books that connect you to your toxic memories, get rid of all those thoughts that act as a barrier in your development progress.  Minimalism not only involves cleaning wardrobes and throwing old clothes, but it also involves adapting to an environment that makes you feel complete and gives you peace.
